The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jli3 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jli3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli3 login credentials, including your username and password. Deposits made to a jli3 account may not be returned to a different payment instrument without satisfactory explanation and documentation.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jli3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jli3 content without prior written authorization from jli3.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jli3 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
jli3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jli3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits jli3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jli3 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jli3, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, jli3 follows the dispute resolution procedures established under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
